I used Rita to sell my home recently in the Grand Pointe Meadows subdivision. Rita was very knowledgeable of the market, improvements needed and how best to showcase my home. She is very thorough and presented me with comps of recently sold homes and what I should list my home at. My home sold in 2 days!!! Even tough my home sold quickly Rita still kept in contact with me about Seller requested repairs, handymen to use, association issues and more. She is very reliable and responds back quickly to phone calls and texts even on her personal vacation. I strongly recommend the use of Rita and Baird Warner either selling your home or buying in the West Dundee, Algonquin and Carpenterville area.
